Health and Safety

We will have a camp nurse to dispense medications and administer first aid.

Medications:

Prescription and over-the-counter medications must be turned in to the camp nurse in their original containers. Place all medications into a ziploc bag labeled with the camper's name and date of birth. Include a doctor's note for any medications that require a different dosage than the listed instructions. The health form is included on the registration form.

Leaders and volunteers:

All leaders and volunteers must register to attend, have the approval of their home church/pastor, and will need to pass a background check.

The camp facility offers a place for field games, foosball, 3-story tree house with swing, zip line, tether ball, basketball, volleyball, gaga ball, archery, a creek, board games, and several hiking opportunities.

Cost and Payment

There are 3 payment tiers. Each camper and volunteer chooses to pay at the tier they can afford. The camp experience will be the same for each tier.

Tier 1: $190
Tier 2: $160
Tier 3: $130

This amount is the real cost of participation in the camp. It covers the use of the camp lodging and recreation options along with meals and all other expenses (crafts, supplies, background checks, etc.).

This rate doesn’t meet the total cost of the camp, but covers the use of the camp lodging and recreation options, along with the meals.

This base price is made possible by assistance from the association. We want to make camp a bit more affordable to those who need a little financial assistance.

Campers or volunteers who select tier 3, but need additional help paying for camp should contact their home church. If a church is unable to supply the remainder, the church may contact the association.

All payments should go to the home churches who will then pay the association.
